| 摘 要： | 本文从中小企业在国际贸易中的战略地位和电子商务在中小企业国际化经营战略中的作用入手,对我国中小企业电子商务发展的现状进行评价,并分析了发展障碍因素,强调地方政府扶植中小企业电子商务发展的重要性和可行性,提出了具体政策建议。

| Abstract: | The paper elaborates on the important strategic status of small-and-medium-sized enterprises in international trade and the role of small-and-medium-sized enterprises' E-commerce in international managemenr. It evaluates the present E-commerce state of Chinese small-and-medium-sized enterprises and analyses obstacles hinderng Chinese small-and-medium-sized enterprises from developing E-commerce. It emphasizes the importance of local government' Support Chinese SMEs' E-commerce and the feasibility that Chinese small-and-medium-sized enterprises have developed E-commerce in international management. It puts forward policy countermeasures of developing Chinese SMEs E-commerce. |
