| 摘 要： | 建筑行业的蓬勃发展,体现在建筑模式的不断创新和对建筑功能的需求上。针对我国现阶段高层建筑安装工程的特点和工程造价的现状,本文提出了降低工程造价成本,降低高层建筑入住门槛的建议,从而提高高层建筑的利用率和经济收益。

| Abstract: | Booming construction industry reflected in continuous innovation and building functional needs on architectural model. In view of the current characteristics of high-rise construction and installation,and the status of project cost,the suggestions to reduce costs and lower occupancy threshold of the high-rise buildings to enhance the utilization of high-rise building and economic benefits are put forward. |
