| Abstract: | Because of the profitable characteristics and development requirements, most employees are suffering relatively high stress, The stress not only leads to mental and physical burden on employees, but also brings either direct or indirect loss economically and materially. This research performs to study the source and characteristics of stress on employees in enterprises systematically and constructs a new model. |
