我国高校教材管理改革综述

近年来高校普遍推进素质教育和实施学分制教学管理改革,意味着我国高等教育已基本走出传统模式的束缚,确立了与市场经济相协调的教育模式,从而给教材管理提出了新的课题,也为教材管理改革提供了有利契机。文章总结了教材管理理论研究取得的成就,分析了我国教材管理改革的现状,提出了以服务学生为根本,以素质教育为目标的教材管理理念,并积极探讨了3种基本教材管理模式的优缺点,形成了开放式、多样化和信息化的教材管理理论模型等,为我国今后高校教材管理改革提供了坚实的理论基础。

Overview on the Teaching Material Management in China's Universities

In recent years, universities pay more attention to quality-oriented education and implement credit management system reform. This means that China＇s higher education has broke the bondage of traditional modes, established the teaching modes which coordinate with market economy. So the teaching material management is confront with new issues and the reform of teaching material management faces to new opportunity. This study summarizes the achievements in teaching material management studies, analyzes the status quo of its reform in China. Meanwhile the management notions of taking students as an essential serving goal and taking quality-oriented education as a target are proposed. In addition, the advantages and disadvantages of three basic teaching management modes are discussed, and theoretical teaching material management modes are established. All these efforts will definitely lay a solid theoretical foundation for the future teaching material management in colleges and universities.
