| 摘 要： | 近年来,网上技术市场在全球范围内的兴起,为技术交易的开展带来了革命性的变化,从而,大大提高了技术交易的对策。发达国家因特网技术与基础设施等方面的发展远远领先于我国,因此网上技术市场的发展要比国内完善与健全得多。目前,国外网上技术市场运行模式主要有全面服务模式、信息模式、咨询服务模式、难题模式、U2B模式和拍卖模式。

| Abstract: | In recent years the development of online technology transfer centers in the whole world has improved the efficiency of technology exchanges. In view of overseas online technology exchanges, this paper studies the functional modes in overseas online technology markets which mainly include overall service mode, information mode, consultation mode, problem -solving mode, U2B mode and auction mode. |
