将拓展训练融入酒店管理专业就业培训初探

就业培训是酒店管理专业教育的重要组成部分,是学生能否顺利从学校进入酒店工作的重要环节。但高等院校酒店管理专业大学生就业的现状是:毕业时改行,进酒店工作后迅速流失,留在行业内的也跳槽频繁。其中的内因主要是观念陈旧,急功近利,对自身及酒店业认识不足,理论有余、实践不足,心态消极、心理脆弱等。而我国酒店管理专业的就业培训存在针对性不强、教学方法单一、没有建立评价体系等弊端。因此,应将拓展训练的方式融入酒店管理专业的就业培训。
