| 摘 要： | 中国要实现法治目标,必须借鉴西方发达国家法治建设经验。但目前我国在社会转型过程中仍存在诸多问题,为此,必须加快社会主义市场经济建设,建立良好的法治环境,培育公民的权利意识,促进法律思想体系的完善,特别是要重视法律人才的培养。

| Abstract: | China must profit from law construction experiences of western develop countries in order to realize the target of rule of law.But at present,there are many problems during our country turning to market economy.So must accelerate socialistic market economy building,build good environment of rule of law,cultivate civil right awareness,perfect legal thought system,attach importance to the cultivation of legal talents especially. |
