| 摘 要： | 通过对“大通关”概念的深入理解,阐述了开展第三轮“大通关”建设的重要性,在总结前两轮“大通关”建设经验的基础上,提出改善通关环境,降低通关费用,提高通关效率,缩短通关时间的具体做法和途径,供与大通关建设有关的政府部门、生产和服务企业参考。
