| 摘 要： | 示范性高等职业院校教学改革与建设的根本是创新人才培养模式，人才培养模式的实现以课程和教学内容的改革、实验实训条件建设、双师结构师资队伍建设为三大支柱。如果把课程体系改革比作引擎的话，那实验实训条件和师资队伍建设就是两翼。
