| 摘 要： | 根据科技论文网络发表平台发展过程中的3个方面的动态均衡问题(平台参与人的利益动态均衡、平台规模与学术质量的动态均衡、网络平台与传统纸质期刊的动态均衡),构造出科技论文网络发表平台的动态均衡理论模型,采用管理博弈分析、辩证分析等方法,分析了问题产生的原因,提出了问题的解决思路,并对未来的研究方向进行了展望。
