摘    要:随着对人才重要性的认识在越来越多的企业从概念走向现实,一场没有硝烟的人才争夺战已经在我国企业间全面展开。在这样一场空前的战斗中,无论哪一方企业都不能忽视,因为这关乎到企业未来人才队伍的建设。本文就是基于对企业间人才争夺现实的思考而提出的针对人才争夺的攻防之策。

Abstract:With the awareness of the importance of talent in a growing number of businesses from concept to reality,a war for talent without guns among enterprises in China has been in full swing.In such an unprecedented battle,no company can not be ignored,as it relates to the company's future talent building.Based on inter-firm competition for talents this paper puts forward a realistic policy which is offensive and defensive against the "war".
