| 摘 要： | 本文按国家统计局对服务产业的最新划分方式,对珠海市建市以来特别是进入21世纪以来服务产业内部结构的演变过程作纵向分析,揭示了珠海市服务产业比重持续增长、房地产业发展迅速、金融保险业相对滞后等内部结构发展特征,并有针对性地提出了一些政策建议。

| Abstract: | According to the newest division standard of tertiary industry of National Bureau of Statistics of China,this paper analyzes the development process of the inner structure of tertiary industry in Zhuhai from 1979 to 2006,especially from the very beginning of 21 century till 2006.This paper reveals several development characteristics of tertiary industry's inner structure in Zhuhai: Firstly,the proportion of service industry in GDP has been raised from 1979 to 2006;Secondly,Real estate industry develops rapidly;Thirdly,Finance and Insurance industry is still in a lower rate.In the end of the paper,the author gives some policy suggestions. |
