| 摘 要： | 我国现阶段的大学生失业问题是在经济转型、高校扩招与大学生就业体制改革等多重背景下凸显的，大学生失业不仅预示着社会新生人力资本供需矛盾的出现，教育与经济发展的不和谐，还意味着国家培养投资和家庭培养投资得不到回报。这一问题如长期得不到有效解决，将会影响我国人民投资教育的热情和积极性，并对经济发展和社会稳定产生消极影响。因此，针对大学生失业问题的研究具有强烈的现实意义与紧迫性。

| Abstract: | Nowadays, college students' unemployment problem is highlighted in China under economic restructuring, university enrollment enlarging and employment system reforming, and so on. This problem not only indicates that contradiction between supply and demand of human resources, discord of education social development, but also means that investments of country and family obtain no returns. If we can not solve this problem efficiently in long-term, it will affect our people's passion and enthusiasm of education... |
