| Abstract: | In combination with the construction and practices on the enterprise cultural of Huainan Coal Mining Group Corporation Ltd., the paper analyzed the formation and development history of the enterprise cultural construction and discussed the access of the enterprise cultural construction. Meanwhile the paper pointed out that to construct a first class enterprise culture would be a systematic project and a long term progressive process. |
