| 摘 要： | 文章根据《公路工程无机结合料稳定材料试验规程》（JTJ057—94）中的重型击实试验规程与《公路沥青路面设计规范》（JTG1）50-2006）中的振动击实试验规范等，采用天津市市政工程质量检测中心提供的水泥稳定碎石配合比．从配合比设计以及现场施工工艺的角度，结合唐曹高速公路新建工程K53＋900至K72＋500段水泥稳定碎石基层配合比设计以及现场施工工艺，论述振动成型法在使用过程中的一些注意事项。

| Abstract: | Based on the heavy compaction test regulation of Test Methods of Materials Stabilized with Inorganic Binders for Highway Engineering （JTJ 057-94） and vibrating compaction test regulation of Code For Design Of Highway Asphalt Pavement（JTG D50-2006）, adopting the mixing proportion of cement-stabilized macadam base posted by Tianjin Municipal Project Quality Investigation Center, the article, giving consideration to mixing proportion and construction craftsmanship, expounds tips and notes of the execution of vibratory compaction exemplified by the construction of newly-built K53＋900 to K72＋500 of Tang-eao feidian expressway. |
