| 摘 要： | 文章基于企业人力资源管理决策的目的,以企业家的视角,从企业的投入与产出角度出发,提出了员工流失和员工流失成本的定义.在此基础上,引入时间变量,运用柯布-道格拉斯生产函数创建了员工流失成本计量模型.

| Abstract: | With a view to help human resources management decisions,the present paper,under the viewpoint of an entrepreneur and from the perspective of cost-benefit analysis,defines the staff turnover and the cost of staff turnover respectively,based on which,the author introduces the time variable and,with the application of Cobb-Douglas Production Function,creates the metrology model of the cost of staff turnover. |
