经济全球化下产品无国界,江苏省企业要在省内和国外两个市场同时面对外国企业的竞争,就要着力保障产业安全。而产业安全问题实质上是产业政策、贸易政策和竞争政策的配合与协调问题,通过分析江苏省上述三大政策对产业安全的维护问题,以及国外三大政策与国内三大政策的博弈、在这些政策下国内外企业的博弈,并进而探讨众多博弈中为维护产业安全江苏省的对策问题。

Under the economic globalization,products are without borders.Enterprises of Jiangsu face foreign competition in two foreign markets at the same time and it will strive to ensure industrial security.Industrial safety issue is essentially a problem of coordination and cooperation with the industrial policy,trade policy and competition policy.Through the analysis of the maintenance of industrial safety from the three policies in Jiangsu Province,as well as the game between three foreign policy and the three major domestic policy and the game between the domestic enterprises and foreign enterprises under these policy,and then discusses countermeasures of the maintenance of industrial safety in Jiangsu province under many games.
