| 摘 要： | 采用国家资源环境安全要素综合评价方法,对东北三省和内蒙古东五盟市的资源空间分布状况进行了客观翔实地评价。在此基础上,根据各地区资源的优劣势,从资源合理利用的角度提出了东北区域协调发展的八种协作模式:一体化发展模式、能矿资源接续基地合作模式、人才与技术输入式合作模式、专业化合作模式、特色资源合作模式、旅游资源整合合作模式、生态建设与保护合作模式和对外开放的合作模式。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the resources space distribution of three northeastern provinces and Inner Mongolia East five cities were detailed evaluation by using a comprehensive evaluation method of the security elements of National Resources and Environment.Then,based on the advantages and disadvantages of each region＇s resources,eight collaborative development models of Northeast Regional was proposed： integrated development model,the cooperation model of energy and mineral resources bases,personnel and technical input mode of cooperation,specialization and cooperation mode,special resources cooperation,tourism resources integration cooperation,ecological construction and protection cooperation,opening up to the outside world cooperation. |
