卷烟企业技术改造管理研究

卷烟企业技术改造的目的归根结底是为了改进和提高企业生产力。卷烟企业的工艺复杂,包括打叶复烤、切丝、切梗、烘丝、储丝、卷制、接咀、包装等一整套流水作业,自动化程度很高,近年来烟草科技在不断发展,新工艺和新设备层出不穷,卷烟企业的技术改造必须紧跟国内外最新技术,以保持技术改造的时效性。因此,对卷烟厂技术改造管理进行研究具有重要的现实意义。

Research on the Technical Transformation Management in the Cigarette Enterprises

The purpose of cigarette enterprise technological transformation is to improve and enhance business productivity.Tobacco industry has complex process, including a series of line production： roasting, cutting, cutting stems, drying wire, storaging wire, rolling, connecting, packaging, with high degree of automation. In recent years,science and technology of tobacco developed constantly and an endless stream of new technology and new equipment, make cigarette companies must keep up with the technological transformation of the latest technology at home and abroad, in order to maintain the timeliness of technological transformation. Therefore,the research on management of technological transformation of tobacco plants has important practical significance.
