| Abstract: | Base on the deep study of the history of transfer of contractual operation right of rural land,the concept and law features of transfer of contractual operation right of rural land is clarified in this paper.Author puts forward the running mechanism of transfer of contractual operation right of rural land,analyses the problems existing in the legislation and practice,and presents correlative policy advices.The goal is to formulate the transfer of contractual operation right of rural land exactly and guide the practice of contractual operation right of rural land. |
