| 摘 要： | 暂缓判决是创新少年审判机制的有益尝试，不断对暂缓判决进行发展和完善，扩大其适用范围，建立全方位深层次有效的考察工作机制，通过立法或司法解释方式把暂缓判决明确下来，是对我国少年司法制度的一种完善。
