| 摘 要： | 自然资源作为物质生产活动的必要投入品，是经济赖以发展的重要物质基础。一般认为，资源相对丰裕的国家通常蕴含了更大的发展潜力，事实却不尽如此。研究数据和历史经验表明，一些资源丰裕的国家经济增长速度反而比较缓慢。文章就国内外关于这个问题的研究文献进行了综述和探讨。

| Abstract: | As material production activities' necessary inputs,Natural resources is an important material foundation of economic development.Generally,countries which have relatively affluent resources are often contain greater development potentials,but that is not the case.Research data and historical experience showed that,though some countries had enormous resources,the country's economic growth was relatively slow.This paper reviewed the literature that focused on this issue and gave a deep though to this issue. |
