当前我国的农村经济和农村政策

我国农业、农村以及整个国民经济和社会发展具有重大的历史意义。当前农业、农村经济中还存在着农民增收困难、粮食安全问题严峻、农地保护不力等突出问题。这些问题引起了党中央、国务院的高度重视,今年以“中共中央一号文件”的形式发出的指导农村工作的政策性文件,紧紧抓住主要矛盾,突出了促进农民增收这一主题,提出了增加农民收入的基本思路和总体要求。

Present Rural Economy and Policies on Rural Area in China

The rural area and the rural economy have come to a new stage, and this is very essential for the development of agriculture, the rural area, even the development of the economy and society in China. However, there are still difficulties in rural area and rural economy, such as, difficulty in increasing income of the farmers, security of the food, poor protection for the land. They drew the attention of the central Party and the State Department. This year, some guiding policies in the form of "NO.1 File of the Central Party" focuses on the increase of farmer's income, bringing up some idea on it, and declaring its demand.
