| 摘 要： | 我国经济社会发展中最大的结构问题,是城乡二元结构,要解决城乡二元结构问题,缩小城乡差距,是全面建设小康社会以及现代化建设最艰巨、最繁重的任务,也是关键所在。要完成这个＂最艰巨、最繁重的任务＂,必须打造一个坚实的平台,实现城镇化和新农村建设良性互动发展,这个平台就是城乡一体化。

Solve the problem of urban-rural dual structure, reduce the urban-rural gap, is to create a solid platform, urbanization and the development of positive interaction between the new rural construction, the platform is the urban-rural integration. |
