| 摘 要： | 建立循环经济,构建和谐的节约型社会已成为国人研究的重要课题,一个不和谐社会不可能有可持续发展,而环境保护是可持续发展的基础,也是当今中国亟需解决的问题.本文对中国当前环境保护的困境进行分析,从公共服务市场化、政府投资、环境立法角度阐述了中国对环境保护问题的对策.
