| 摘 要： | 一切社会进步的基础,是增长了的技术的效率,从一定量的劳动得到更大的效果。现代文化中受到最严格保护的价值标准之一是生产率,这个观念也许比任何其他观念更多地表达了现代工业文明中的生存态度。回顾西方现代管理效率的演进历程,基本可以分为以下六个阶段:技术效率阶段、制度效率阶段、行为效率阶段、系统效率阶段、文化效率阶段、综合效率阶段。

| Abstract: | All the social processes are increasing technological efficiency. Certain amount of work can get better efficiency. In modern culture, one of the best protected value criteria is productivity, which may be the most suitable concept to express the exis- tence of modern industry civilization. Recalling the evolution of modern Western history of management, which can be divided into the following six stages： technical efficiency, institution efficiency, behav- ioral efficiency, system efficiency, cultural effi- ciency, overall efficiency. |
