企业社会责任价值观研究——以山东省2200家企业调查为例

文章通过对山东省2200家企业的调查实证研究,得到中国企业社会责任的6个价值观因子,基于此将企业分成7个价值观群体,发现不同类型企业的社会责任价值观存在显著差异。不同类型的企业在社会责任方面应该互相取长补短,更好地参与企业社会责任运动。

Research on Corporate Social Responsibility Values--Taking Investigation of 2200 Corporation of Shandong Province as Examples
