| 摘 要： | 低碳经济的兴起给我国承接国际产业转移提出了新的挑战,碳减排和能源约束双重压力下我国产业承接空间日渐萎缩、步伐放缓和门槛提高,必须通过调整能源消费结构、发展清洁能源、完善碳交易市场、促进低碳外国投资、加强低碳技术的国际研发合作等方式,推动我国走上国际产业承接的低碳之路.

| Abstract: | The rise of low-carbon economy raised new challenges to our international industry transfer,which are shrinking the space,slowing the pace and raising the threshold under carbon reduction and energy constraints.To promote China's international industry to undertake low-carbon path,we must adjust the energy consumption structure,develop clean energy,improve the carbon trading market,encourage foreign investment in low carbon,and strengthen international R&D cooperation of low-carbon technologies,etc. |
