| 摘 要： | 体面劳动以与“不平衡、不公正、不可持续”的全球化作斗争的理念,促进新型劳动关系的价值体现.中国社会正处于转型的关键阶段,体面劳动不仅仅是一个经济问题、社会问题,更是一个政治问题,实现体面劳动,关键是要形成系统的保障机制和广泛的社会共识,让内容形成强大的制度合力,让劳动者在体面的劳动中得到尊严和自身价值的体现,进而形成积极进取的职业精神,而维护劳动者权益是工会的神圣职责,体面劳动需要强势工会.
