“学工交替”人才培养模式改革的实践与思考——以浙江工商职业技术学院旅游管理专业为例

“学工交替”作为浙江工商职业技术学院旅游管理专业人才培养模式改革的实践探索，顺应了高等职业技术教育的特殊要求，既重视学生基本素质的培养，又强化了学生职业素质、职业技能的培养，且使二者紧密结合。本文对浙江工商职业技术学院旅游管理专业“学工交替”人才培养模式改革的相关实践和经验进行了总结和思考。
