To improve the corporate governance structure under the current conditions of property rights and government-enterprise relationship,it may not be relevant to copy the Western theories on this regards but has to base on the Chinese real conditions.It would be critical to consider the ten dialectical relations,which include the relation between designing the enterprise reform based upon government center and designing the government reform based upon enterprise center,between the property rights reform primacy and government-enterprise functional separation primacy,etc.
