| 摘 要： | 和县作为一座有着丰富历史文化遗存的地区,要平衡开发与保护之间的关系,需要在形成历史文化氛围、重视历史文化的传承上多做文章,将历史文化资源变为和县的城市文化名片,在传承中求发展。整合历史文化资源,打造具有和县特色的文化战略,应融入"皖江文化"战略,树立"大文化"概念,融合自然、文化资源。

| Abstract: | As an area full of historical and cultural relics,the Hexian County is supposed,for the balance of the relationship between development and protection,to make more efforts for the formation of historical and cultural atmosphere with emphasis on the historical and cultural inheritance,and try to put the historical and cultural resource into the cultural name card for the development in the inheritance.Hence,the County is expected to integrate into the strategy of the Wanjiang Culture with the combination of natural and cultural resource under the conception of Grand Culture. |
