| Abstract: | Because of the influence of students＇ characteristics,traditional ideologies and higher and newer talent training mode,leadership training need to be improved for college students.Leadership training should be put in training syllabus,to help develop leadership of college students by activities of school-enterprise cooperation and social practice. |
