| 摘 要： | 从商品贸易中的赊欠交易特征入手,分析赊欠交易存在的基础及制度保障,并就国际贸易中赊欠交易双方博弈及利弊进行分析,指出在现代市场经济条件下从事赊欠交易所具有的信用风险,提出了信用风险的防范及分散措施。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the characteristics of the bargain on credit in the merchandise trade and the existent system foundation of trade bargain on credit. After analyzing that international trade bargain on credit is both beneficial and disadvantaged, this paper points out that under modern market economy condition there exists credit risk. In the end, it puts forward some measures on how to guarding against and scattering credit risks. |
