| 摘 要： | 我国经济的高速增长和国民改善生活的需求给建筑业提供了发展良机。房地产建筑领域发展前景广阔。建筑业面临着建设资源节约型住宅的挑战和机遇。应通过法律法规强化节能减排,强化城乡规划和房地产开发中的节能减排规范,并加大对建筑节能推广的政策扶持力度。 |

| Abstract: | The construction industry has found new chance for development as the economy increase and the people's life improve rapidly, so it brings a broad prospects to the development of real estate construction. The construction industry faces the chance as well as the challenge. We should strengthen the measures to save energy and reduce emissions with the laws and regulations, standardize the plan of town and country and the development of real estate. The government should offer the favourable policies for saving energy and reduce emission. |
