煤炭企业工作分享机制适用性综合评价研究

摘    要:工作分享机制对提高员工的工作满意度,减少人才流失有着重要的作用。阐明煤炭企业实施工作分享机制的意义,初步提出一套评价煤炭企业工作分享机制适用性的层次模型,运用层次分析法与灰色关联分析法相结合的综合评价方法,对煤炭企业工作分享机制适用性进行了综合评价。

Abstract:A work sharing mechanism would have an important role to improve the work satisfaction of the staff and to reduce the brain drain. The paper stated the meaning of the work sharing mechanism implemented in the coal enterprises. A set hierarchical model of the work sharing mechanism adaptability was preliminarily provided for the coal enterprises. The comprehensive evaluation method combined with the analytic hierarchy process and grey relation analytic process was applied to the comprehensive evaluation on the adaptability of the work sharing mechanism for the coal enterprises.
