核心员工培训激励及其对策研究

摘    要:核心员工是企业的重要竞争资源,培训激励在企业"用人、育人、留人"的过程中发挥着重要作用。本文在阐述核心员工范畴及其特征的基础上,界定了培训激励的概念,分析了培训激励的理论及现实依据,最后从六个方面探讨了核心员工培训激励对策。

Abstract:Core employee is an important competitive resource of enterprise.Training promotion plays an important role in the process of using people,educating people and retaining people. Based on defining the concept and characteristics of core employee,this paper defines training promotion and analyses its theoretical and actual foundation. At the end,the paper explores the training promoting measures of core employee from six sides.
