| 摘 要： | 随着中国建设银行股份有限公司的挂牌成立,国有银行的股份制改造已先行启动,而民营银行的发展依然运作迟缓,本文意在唤起相关部门的紧迫感,正视内资银行改革的滞后,在建行进行股份制改造的同时,应加快民营银行发展的步伐,以银行业的发展促进经济增长,以应对中国银行业的全面开放.

| Abstract: | With the establishment of the Construction Bank Co. LTD, the share-holding system transformation of the state-owned banks has started in advance while the development of private owned banks is still very slow. This paper is aimed at arousing the sense of urgency of departments concerned, making them face the backward bank reform and promoting private bank development with the transformation of the share-holding system to boost economy. |
