| 摘 要： | 日本在二战以后曾经历过环境污染加剧的过程,环境问题从产业公害型演变为城市生活型。但由于采取了有效、可行的环境政策,目前已成为世界上环境质量较好的国家之一。文章通过对战后日本环境问题的变迁的回顾和分析,对借鉴日本解决环境问题的法规、政策、方法和经验,构建我国的环境政策体系,提高全民的环境意识,加强环境经济学的理论研究和人才培养等提出了认识和看法。

Japanese Environmental Protection Policies and its Enlightenment to China |

| Abstract: | Japan once experienced the process of environment worsening after the Second World War. Environmental problems in Japan has evolved from industrial harm-style to urban living-style. Because of the effective and feasible policies Japan has carried out, Japan has become one of the countries with better environment in the world. This paper reviews the changes in Japanese environment after the war and offers some opinions for China in working out environmental protection policies, improving residents' understanding of environment, strengthening theoretical research on environmental economics and cultivating professionals in environment.Translated by Zhang Xinglong |
