摘    要:输变电设备状态监测系统是建设坚强智能电网的核心任务之一,与电网安全可靠运行联系紧密。文章首先介绍了构建输变电设备状态监测系统的必要性,从系统框架设计入手,以生产管理信息系统(PMS)为平台,建立应用于总部、网省和地市三级的统一输变电设备状态监测系统。接着,将系统整体结构细化为三层:传感器、状态监测装置和状态监测后台,并对各层运一进行了论述,同时对系统接口进行了设计。最后,介绍了系统诊断的三种主要算法:专家系统、支持向量机、人工神经网络,目的是预测出电气设备可能发生的故障,避免事故的发生。

Abstract:Condition monitoring system for power transmission and transformation equipment is one of the core missions to build a strong and a smart grid, which linked to the grid safe and reliable operation closely. At first, the article introduces the necessity of building condition monitoring system for power transmission and transformation equipment. It starts from the system frame design, relying on production management information system (PMS) to establish coverage headquarters, provincial and municipal levels of network applications, unified condition monitoring system for power transmission and transformation equipment. Secondly, the whole system structure was subdivided into triplex. sensors, condition monitoring devices, condition monitoring background, and describe each layers one by one, while design of the system interface at the same time. Finally, introduces three main diagnostic algorithms of the system~ expert systems, support vector machines, artificial neural networks, intended to predict POSSible malfunction to electrical equipment and avoiding accidents.
