胶原贴治疗婴儿湿疹65例疗效观察

目的 观察胶原贴治疗婴儿湿疹的疗效和安全性.方法 治疗组给予胶原贴局部外敷治疗,对照组给予丁酸氢化可的松外用治疗,疗程10d.结果 治疗组治疗10d的有效率87.7％,对照组有效率93.4％,两组有效率差异无显著性（P＞0.05）,两组不良反应均不影响治疗,而复发率比较,治疗组优于对照组,差异显著P＜0.05.结论 胶原贴治疗婴儿湿疹疗效好,不良反应发生率及复发率均较低,是一种安全有效的治疗方法.

Collagen Infant Eczema Clinical Observation on 65 Cases of Post Treatment

Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of collagen dressing in the treatment of infantile eczema. Methods The lesions in treatment group were treated with collagen dressing. The control group used the hydrocortisone butyrate cream by topically applied on the lesions. All the treatment courses were 10 days. Results Set of 10 d effectiveness 87.7%, treatment group effective rate was 93.4%, two groups of efficient there was no significant difference （P〉0.05）, two groups of adverse reaction does not affect the treatment, the recurrence rate comparison, the effect of group is better than that of control group, significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Because of the good curative effect, low incidence rate of adverse reactions, the collagen dressing is safe and effective in the treatment of infantile eczema.
