| 摘 要： | 创新型企业成长健康度评价问题是研究创新型企业的重要内容。为此界定了创新型企业成长健康度的内涵,并遵循指标体系设计的原则,基于木桶理论的原理,构建了较为完整的创新型企业成长健康度评价指标体系。

| Abstract: | How to evaluate the innovative enterprise growing health is an important task to enterprises.This paper defines the connotation of innovative enterprise growing health degree,following the designing principle of index system,constructing a comparatively integral evaluation index system of innovative enterprise growing health degree based on the barrel theory. |
