| 摘 要： | 我国民营企业的经济性质决定了它在吸引人才方面具有先天的不足，民营企业重视并开展职业生涯管理刻不容缓。研究职业生涯管理的有关概念及理论、民营企业职业生涯管理的现状与不足、有关企业的员工职业生涯管理的典型案例、总结企业员工职业生涯管理的成功经验和失败教训，有利于民营企业实施员工的职业生涯管理。

| Abstract: | The economic nature of the Chinese private enterprises results in its congenital deficiency in attract talents.It is necessary for the private enterprises to undertake career management.This article firstly introduce the concepts and theories of career management; Secondly, it analyzes the status and insufficiency of the private enterprises and gets the conclusion through analyzing cases of career management in China and foreign enterprises. At last, the authors make some suggestions on the enterprises carrying out the career management according to actual situation. |
