关于国企下岗职工应有补偿的思考

摘    要:国企职工(特别是下岗失业人员)直接承担了国企改革的成本,而自身利益却没有得到应有保障。在构建和谐社会进程中,应通过有效补偿保证送一群体的利益,切实缓解因贫困造成的生活、家庭、心理压力,有效化解危及社会稳定的“突发性冲突”的内在因素。

Abstract:The workers of the state-owned enterprises(especially laid-off workers) have directly born the cost of the reform of the state-owned enterprises,but their own interests still cannot be guaranteed.In the process of building the harmonious society,our country should guarantee the interests of this group through the effective compensation,to alleviate the pressure coming from the poor life,family and psychology and effectively dissolve the inherent factors of "sudden conflict" of jeopardizing the social stability.
