| 摘 要： | 西藏林芝属于我国的边疆地区,以藏民族为主多民族混居,经济不发达,贫困较普遍,贫困程度也较深,解决贫困是全面推进小康社会的首要任务。本文在对林芝地区贫困现状进行分析的基础上,提出了针对少数民族地区农牧民进行财政扶贫的实施对策。

| Abstract: | The region of Lin-zhi in Tibet belongs to China＇s border areas,where the Tibetan people are majority and multi-ethnic nationalities mix and there is a underdeveloped economic and it is more poor area than other anywhere of the our country and the levels of poverty is more deeper now.So to solve the problem of poverty is top priority of promoting the well-off society.The anti -poverty measures by finance to farmers and herdsmen of minority were putted forward in basis of analysis to poverty situation in lin-zhi in this paper. |
