| 摘 要： | 金融全球化已成为当今世界金融业发展的趋势，它一方面给市场的参与者——全球各个国家提供了雄厚的金融资本、套利的机会和风险规避的措施，但另一方面也给各国，尤其是发展中国家带来了巨大的风险。因此，正确认识金融全球化的利益和风险，对于保持我国经济的持续发展十分重要。对于我国金融业来说，化解风险的关键在于完善金融体系，提高自身抵御金融风险的能力，加强国际合作，加强内外部的金融监管，规范金融业务，争取更为有利的国际经济金融环境等。只有这样，我国才能够有效地规避全球化进程中的风险，充分享受金融全球化的益处。

| Abstract: | Nowadays, financial globalization has become the trend of the development of world finance. On one hand, it supplies abundant financial capital, arbitrage opportunities, and the measures to avoid risks to all the market participants-all the countries in the world; on the other hand, it brings all the countries, especially the developing countries, immense risks. Therefore, recognizing the benefits and risks of financial globalization well is important to keep the sustainable development of China's economy. ... |
