| Abstract: | As regards the current operation and management of Baiguishan Reservoir, the relationship between reform of water price and sustainable utilization of water resource is discussed. Some suggestions are given for its reform of water price: accounting of water price should be fair, reasonable, scientific and normative; propaganda work of water price should be strengthened; connection with relative government departments should be strengthened, etc. |
