| 摘 要： | 传统伦理是我国悠久文化的积淀，在五千年的发展过程中形成了独特的文化特征。这些传统伦理的特征不仅体现了民族文化的悠久和优秀，同时也暴露了有悖于时代要求的糟粕。这些传统文化体现出的弊端为发展伦理的发展提供了现实的原因和条件。传统文化中的精华与现时代结合在一起，为发展伦理提供了有力的理论支撑。发展伦理作为一门新学科其形成不仅是一种必然。也体现了社会现实的要求。
