| 摘 要： | 根据多元化—效率—绩效的研究思路,经过对2000-2009年沪深两市三种不同类型的旅游上市公司多元化经营绩效进行实证分析。发现饭店类上市公司的相关多元化和绩效有显著的正相关关系;资源类旅游上市公司的相关多元化和绩效有显著的正相关关系,但是这种正相关关系并不是通过效率联结的;综合类旅游上市公司的相关多元化和绩效呈不显著负偏相关,通过效率也和绩效不显著偏相关,但是两者效果叠加则显著负相关。

| Abstract: | According to the research path of diversification-efficiency-performance,this paper conducts an empirical analysis of the diversified business performance of three different kinds of listed tourism companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen stock exchanges from 2000 to 2009.The findings of the study show that there is a significant positive correlation between the related diversification and performance among the listed hotel companies;there is a remarkable positive relationship between related diversification and ... |
