| 摘 要： | 清朝统一新疆后,乌鲁木齐作为新疆东部的战略要地,是重点建设地区之一,清政府开始对乌鲁木齐地区进行移民屯田。由于采取了有利于发展生产的各项措施,乌鲁木齐地区的经济取得了迅速的发展,为以后乌鲁木齐成为新疆政治经济中心奠定了基础。

| Abstract: | After the Qing government united Xinjiang, Urumqi is considered as the strategy fortress of eastern Xinjiang, which is one of focal point construction area, the Qing government begins to migrate and go in for farming in the Urumqi area. Just because of taking all kinds of measures which are beneficial for developing production, The economy of Urumqi area has obtained rapid development, which lays a foundation for later Urumqi to be the politics and economy center of Xinjiang. |
